お一人は身体のパフォーマンスを上げるため、もう一人は自分の身体と向き合うために
どちらも改めて自分の身体を知ったようです
スイングバーを使っているうちに痺れが出てくるという事ですが、これは胸郭が固く、腕の引き上げが十分でなくなりバーに腕がもたれて頸椎を圧迫するので起こることが多いです
又、身体が十分上に引き上げられないで腹筋が縮んで猫背の様になり腕が頸椎を圧迫することも考えられます
最初は大丈夫でも動いているうちに良い姿勢をキープできなくなるのですね
いずれにしてもスイングバーでストレッチを続けられると姿勢が良くなり、痺れがなくなる方が殆どです
普通の生活では気付かなかったけれど、スイングバーを使ってストレッチをしたらそういう身体に気付けたという事なので少しづつスイングバーを使い続けることによって身体が改善されることを期待しています
