左がラテンサンダルシューズ
右がスタンダードシューズです
ダンスシューズは通常７㎝ヒールで激しく動くので足が疲れやすいのですが、このインソールを入れると自重がしっかり沈むことにより身体が正しい位置にキープできるので無駄な筋力を使わず身体の負担を軽減できます
ラテンサンダルの方はつま先のインソールが見えてしまうのでご自分の足指に合わせてカットされました
足指が動きやすく床を掴みやすいのでとても踊り心地が良いそうです
ラテンサンダルもスタンダードシューズにしても身体が良い位置にキープされ疲れにくくなることと思います
また、バランスがブレずに余計な筋肉を使わなくなるので脚のラインもきれいになります
